Milk & Honey Granola

Milk & Honey Granola?is small batch, hand baked granola made in Chicago. Wherever you find the Milk and Honey label, you can rest assured there are things you WON’T find with it… no preservatives or trans-fats, and none of the fake, sounds-like-science ingredients that are banned in Europe, but still show up in the US food supply.

The all-natural blends of Milk and Honey Granola are naturally high in fiber and antioxidants that lay a foundation for health, happiness and the pursuit of deliciousness.

Milk & Honey Granola was born in Chicago’s eclectic Wicker Park neighborhood in 2002.? They started what they like to call a granola-lution – a shore-to-shore flavor revolution that’s wound its way from the menu of a neighborhood cafe (Milk & Honey Cafe) to? gourmet markets and national grocers.

The granola flavor menu includes:
? Blueberry Pecan –?all-natural, picked-and-dried-in-Michigan blueberries with crunchy pecans and a hint of honey for the freshest summer flavor pairing in the history of rolled oats
? Original Caf? Mix – a combination of sunflower seeds, almonds and dried cherries in the first Wicker Park-inspired blend that started it all
? Chocolate Banana –?all-natural granola blend of cocoa, banana chips and vanilla with a hint of cinnamon and coconut
? Papaya Cashew (vegan) –?agave nectar is substituted for traditional honey to enhance the island flavors of dried papaya and coconut with the crunch of cashews
? Rick Bayless Mexican Mix -?roasted pumpkin seeds, peanuts and cacao nibs, this Rick Bayless blend introduces you to an authentic Mexican way to eat your rolled oats

Where it all began:Milk and Honey Granola
Milk & Honey Granola was first produced in spring of 2002 when Milk & Honey Cafe opened in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. Unsatisfied with the mass produced granola on the market,?owner/CEO/chef Carol Watson, decided to experiment with a few house-made recipes of her own. She soon developed her own unique small batch recipe.
