Winner of the 2001 Tony Award for Best Regional Theater, the Victory Gardens Theater is truly one of Chicago?s gems.
The Theater was founded in 1974 and has continued to shine in the nation?s theater community as one of the few midsized theaters in the US and the first to solely produce new plays.
Victory Gardens is also unique because of the Playwrights Ensemble, a group of twelve writers creating plays solely for the Victory Gardens stage.
This year, you can support contemporary theatre by watching one of the following plays coming soon to Victory Gardens:
- Eurydice: directed by Sandy Shinner
- The Snow Queen: directed by Frank Galati
- Love Person: directed by Sandy ShinnerClick here for more information.
