The mission at Victory Dance Foods is to make healthy and delicious breakfast and snack foods. Handmade from scratch, using artisan methods, their small scale allows them to pay close attention to all the details required to create the most delicious and innovative products.
Making every delicious batch gluten free is their highest priority. Victory Dance Foods is proud to source their organic certified gluten free oats from a fellow celiac-owned company, Gluten Free Harvest in Wyoming. The dried fruits and fresh, raw beetroot, pineapple, ginger root, lemons and apples are naturally gluten free. At Victory Dance Foods, they are not fans of GMOs and they source only non-GMO ingredients.
Why gluten free?
Ensuring that the Victory Dance Foods products are entirely gluten free and safe for those with Celiac Disease is one of the reasons this company was started. Maddie, one of the founders, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease over ten years ago, so being completely gluten? ? free is of paramount importance.
To deliver on the gluten free promise, they exclusively and painstakingly source gluten free ingredients and make and package all of the products in their dedicated gluten free oven? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?inside the dedicated gluten free bakery.
In addition to carefully sourcing all of the ingredients, they also test the ingredients and routinely test the products to ensure they have less than 5 parts per million (ppm), the lowest limit test available. (The FDA’s limit for the “gluten free” label is 20 ppm.)
