Famous for its caviar staircase display, Tru offers two styles of dining.
Tru Dining Styles:
- Prix-Fixe: A three-course menu offering a choice of appetizer, main course and dessert
- Collections: Pre-set tasting menus ranging from six to nine courses
Trus Collection Menus are titled Luxury, Grand Collection, and Chefs Collection. Each one is full of the finest meats and flavors, guaranteeing a divine experience. In addition to the grand food options, Trus wine list remains one of the best in the city.
With over 1,800 options, Trus wine list offers wine from across the globe. Not a wine drinker? Tru is also garnished with an expansive selection of liquor, specialty cocktails and an accomplished sommelier.
In order to keep customers content between courses, art from world-renowned artists decorate the walls of the main dining room and lounge as well as separate private dining rooms. Featured artists include Adam Fuss, Peter Halley, Yves Klein, Maya Lin, Vik Muniz, Gerhard Richter, Hiroshi Sugimoto and Andy Warhol.
After treating yourself to an aesthetically pleasing environment, treating yourself to a dessert is a must. The dessert menu is nearly as extensive as the collection menus combined.
