About the Artisan:
After being furloughed from the restaurant industry because of the pandemic, native Chicagoan Sydney Karp Poll finished her nutrition degree and started SydPlayEat. As a self-declared Condiment Queen, she could not find condiments with exciting flavors or recognizable ingredients. Rescuing tastebuds from unhealthy blandness, SydSauce and SydSalt can make anyone feel like a gourmet chef, even when eating a box of macaroni.
