Reeling: The Chicago Lesbian & Gay International Film Festival is famous across the nation for being the second oldest gay and lesbian film festival in the world.
Continuing into its 27th year, Reeling is a ten-day interactive festival that draws in over 100 films and an even larger crowd from all over the Midwest.
Not only does Reeling showcase the best of international feature films and experimental videos, but the Festival also invites filmmakers to interact with audiences in exclusive Q&A sessions.
This year, attendees can look forward to a special music video program call ?Rock Reeling Queer Music Video Showcase?, a Festival first! The showcase will celebrate gay and lesbians in the music community who effectively use music and video as a medium of expression.
Reeling includes both audience awards and special jury awards to ensure that critics and the masses both have a voice in rewarding exceptional films.
