Founder and creator Debbie Wood is a food lover who loves sweet treats. But sweet treats didn’t love her because of her type 1 diabetes and celiac disease. When high sugar, carbs and gluten didn’t work for her health, she discovered she couldn’t find great options to buy in the store. So Debbie hit the kitchen and created her own rich, delicious treats that cater to every sweet tooth – without being too sweet.
No Denial Foods believes you should be able to indulge your taste buds in good health. Debbie developed Posh Nosh, a salty-sweet dessert nut mix that is rich and delicious and at the same time healthy. It is naturally gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free and low in sugar. It is the perfect gift to yourself or someone else – a delicious treat that you can feel good about eating!
Flavors of Posh Nosh include:
• Buzz Worthy Honey – Ingredients: almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, unsweetened coconut flakes, honey, coconut oil, sea salt and vanilla
• Chocolate Walnut What?! – Ingredients: walnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dairy-free dark chocolate, dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate, honey, coconut oil, cocoa powder, sea salt and vanilla
• Almond Butter & Jelly Time – Ingredients: almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, raisins, almond butter, honey, strawberry fruit preserve, sea salt and vanilla

About Debbie Wood:
Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes as an adolescent and celiac disease as an adult, Debbie struggled every day to find foods she could eat. When first going gluten free, she found most of the gluten-free options in the stores were filled with high starch flours and lots of sugar. That didn’t work for Debbie because of her diabetes, so she went to work to create her own solution. Once she learned how to bake simple, heathy and delicious, food went from being a major source of stress to labor of love.
