On select Wednesdays throughout the year, enjoy a free ride on the Navy Pier Ferris Wheel, Centennial Wheel. Navy Pier’s Wheel Wednesday series is an initiative to make the Centennial Wheel available and accessible to all by offering the community complimentary rides on select Wednesdays periodically throughout the year.
Wednesday, February 14 is National Ferris Wheel Day! To celebrate, Navy Pier, Chicago’s mission-driven cultural district, is extending free rides on the Centennial Wheel to pre-registered guests from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The iconic 200-foot-tall Centennial Wheel features enclosed and temperature-controlled gondolas with an entertainment system and video screens, offering guests unparalleled views of the city and lake and comfortable rides all year round.
Those interested in taking advantage of the free ride offer must RSVP online in advance and present their free reservation ticket at the Pier Park Box Office.
