Joybuilt is an independent home, lifestyle and design studio by Rebecca Wilson. Based in Chicago, they specialize in creating handmade home decor pieces using preserved plants and a unique selection of frames. These pieces are evergreen, require no care whatsoever, and are perfect for plant lovers with “not-so-green” thumbs.
We’re happy to welcome Joybuilt to the Chicago Artisan Market at Morgan MFG (401 N. Morgan St., Chicago) on Sunday, July 21, 2019 (10am-4pm) along with the Midwest’s finest artisans in food, fashion, home goods + art.
Because their products are made in-house, Joybuilt uses real-time quality control and sources all of their goods face-to-face, providing you with finished products they also truly love. Their passion is in their home, wardrobes and favorite cities, and Joybuilt is made for those who share that with us.
Each show-stopping, preserved moss frame is a one-of-a-kind statement piece, meant for indoor use that will last for years to come.
The start of it all:
Joybuilt is the vision of artist and designer Rebecca Wilson. It started in 2016 as a means of expression and creative outlet. It eventually grew into a brand of its own as they kept growing, producing and showcasing pieces that Rebecca herself would want to personally own. It’s an extension of her personal style, interests, feelings and thoughts. There are no boundaries or boxes, and it embraces creativity no matter the form – so each piece can grows alongside the people who nurture it.
