InBooze – Happy Sipping With a New Kind of Cocktail

Infuse your booze using fruits, spices and herbs

InBooze

InBooze from founder Ashleigh Evans, creates cocktail kits that infuse your alcohol with flavor, not funky ingredients. Made from dehydrated fruits and herbs, these are a simple way to enjoy your favorite cocktails. Each kit makes at least eight drinks.

We’re excited to welcome InBooze to the Chicago Artisan Market on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Morgan MFG (401 N. Morgan St., Chicago). Discover 100+ top Chicago & Midwest artisans in food, fashion, home goods + art.

Once infused, remove the infusion bag and store covered in a cool place for up to three months. It really can’t go bad … and let’s be honest, it’ll never last that long anyway. Most people store their InBooze in glass jars in the fridge.

InBoozeEight of the eleven InBooze kits are sugar free, which is great for low carb or keto diets. New varieties are always being created and tested, so look for new additions to the line up. Get creative and have fun with InBooze to make it your own.

What do you pair it with?
Suggested pairings are:
• Flavored sparkling water
• 7UP, Sierra Mist, Sprite, Fresca
• Tonic or soda water, plus citrus garnish

Can I modify flavors?
A few flavors can be modified slightly.
Bloody Mary can be made LESS spicy (it has a MEDIUM spice, normally)
Classic Margarita can be made more spicy (or, grab the Spicy Margarita kit)
Mule can have fruit added: strawberry, blackberry, pineapple or blueberry

In 2018, founder Ashleigh Evans wanted to create a way for everyone to enjoy cocktails from the comfort of their home. After seeing mixes on the shelves with funky chemicals and ingredients, she created InBooze using dehydrated fruits, veggies and herbs.
