Gibson’s offers an impressive collection of over 400 bottles of wine with a heavy focus on domestic labels and a select number of imports.
As is customary with American chophouses, the restaurant also features an array of good ol’ fashioned American desserts ranging from “Yo” Mama’s Apple Pie to Strawberry Shortcake and Macadamia Turtle Pie.
For special occasions, a spacious private dining area is available with space for 12-200 for sit-down events and up to 300 for cocktail parties.
