More About Dr. Miguel Palacios – Background & Education
Dr. Palacios comes from a long line of dentists which include his Grandfather, Mother and Father. His degrees include a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Benedictine University and a Dentistry degree from the University of Illinois Dental School. Dr. Palacios prides himself in utilizing the best and most current technology available. Dr. Palacios is highly regarded in the dental community, and is a lifelong member of the American Dental Association, the Fox River Valley Dental Association, the Aurora Dental association, and other professional organizations. He speaks fluent Spanish and is a founding member of the Chicago chapter of the Hispanic Dental association. He regularly attends attends seminars & training programs in the areas relevant to his practice – including orthodontics, dental implantology, root canal treatment, and cosmetic dentistry. In 1992, Dr. Palacios established Galena Dental. Since then has been serving Aurora and the surrounding communities by providing his patients with quality dental care in a modern and clean facility.
Galena Dental is located in the heart of downtown Aurora along the Fox River in the beautifully restored and historic Aurora Hotel, originally constructed in 1917.
