The Fine Arts Building of Chicago is one of the few remaining buildings that is specifically designed for working artists. Home to artists since 1898, the building draws on historic inspiration.
The walls are covered with murals of artists from the twentieth century, hosting some of the building’s original features. The building holds four galleries that display the unique and complex work of the many artists, including painters and musicians, who practice and audition.
The Fine Arts Building serves as a common meeting place for contemporary artists of all kinds that wish to inspire and be inspired.
