Owners Doug Funke and Jae Lee recently opened Crisp, a hip quick-serve restaurant featuring a menu of contemporary takes on traditional Korean chicken dishes.

Crisp?s extensive menu offers a variety of options, from “Funke Chicken” and “Buddah Bowls” to Korean Burritos and Specialty Sandwiches. Additionally, you can choose various sides and add-ons such as brown rice or shrimp for a more customized meal.
