Blinc Kiss Me Mascara: There are mascaras designed to make your lashes twice as long, 300% thicker and blacker than black. Yet no matter how great your lashes look at first, the end result is the same ? smudging, running and flaking. Of course, waterproof mascara is an option – if you’re up for the long battle with your eye makeup remover at the end of the night.
To conquer these problems, Blinc created Kiss Me mascara. While traditional mascaras are oil-based cosmetic paints, Kiss Me’s unique formula is forms tiny, water-resistant tubes around your lashes. It’s hard to believe, but yes ? tubes.
Kiss Me is applied like any other mascara and creates long lashes, very comparable to the dimension of our other favorite mascaras. The difference is that once this mascara dries, it stays put.
No flaking or smudging – not even rubbing or crying will budge this stuff. You can even sleep in it. Of course, you should never sleep in makeup – but if you did, you’d wake up smudge-free.
The only downside to this mascara we found is that it makes lashes feel slightly stiff, which takes some getting used to.
Removing the mascara is easy – and actually, kind of fun. Wet your lashes and apply slight pressure with your finger tips to slide the tubes off your lashes ? you actually see the tiny tubes in your hands.
Blinc has also developed Kiss Me eyeliner that, like the mascara, slides right off with water and slight pressure. No fading, smudging or flaking into your eyes.
Use this product if:
?You have eyelash extensions. Traditional mascaras are oil-based paints and require eye makeup remover, two ingredients which will destroy the glue that bonds the extensions to your lashes. Kiss Me is a water-based product that requires no makeup remover, so it is the only mascara you can safely use with extensions.
?You have sensitive eyes or wear contacts ? no flaking or irritation
?You want your makeup to last ? no need for touch ups
?You want makeup that is easy to remove – No harsh, stinging makeup remover needed
