Actor and comedian Adam Ferrara brings his honest, self-deprecating and clever stand-up to UP Comedy Club. Called "hilarious" by Entertainment Weekly, Ferrara has been a mainstay on TV, most notably for his Emmy-nominated role as Chief Needles Nelson in Rescue Me.
His career started with a recurring role on Caroline in the City and has also included stints on shows as diverse and popular and Top Gear, Law & Order and Ugly Betty, as well as screen credits in Definitely Maybe and Paul Blart: Mall Copy. Ferrara also has been a late-night regular as a guest of Leno, Letterman and Fallon and recently garnered critical acclaim for his Comedy Central specials Funny as Hell. As a comedian who will definitely keep you on your toes, Ferrara will instantly remind you of his idol George Carlin with his dry wit and fearless perspective on family, relationships and himself.
