Hailing from a broad spectrum of the New York music world, The Knights are an orchestra of friends who share a belief in collaborative music making and presenting creative programming to audiences. During this concert at the Ravinia Festival, the dynamic group will be joined by cello virtuoso Yo-Yo Ma for a truly special performance.
The Knights began as a late-night chamber group and have evolved to include composers, arrangers, singer-songwriters and improvisers, all with an impressive musical pedigree. The program for this concert includes works by Wagner, Shumann and Debussy. Please see the description for a full program.
