Founded recently in 2004, The Building Stage is a unique addition to Chicago’s collection of off-Loop theaters.
Though the Building Stage is still a growing development, it has already wowed audiences with its unique renditions of classics such as Hamlet and Moby-Dick.
Past performances also include original works such as Dustbowl Gothic and Noir.
In the future, you can look forward to creative and innovative plays such as a shorter stage version of Wagner’s Ring Cycle, an Opera usually running 20 hours.
