With an a la carte and a multi-course prix-fixe tasting menu available, Chef Mark Hannon introduces past to present with entrees for $30 and under such as:
Ricotta gnocchi served with white sauce, cheese crust and bread.
Tomato-crusted halibut served with heirloom tomatoes, watercress and black cherry balsamic.
Red wine braised short ribs served with roquefort risotto and sweet-and-sour carrots.
Finish off your meal with a tasty treat such as the Root Beer Leaf Creme Brulee with milk chocolate; Rhubard Consomime with strawberry, rhubarb, confit, streusel and cocoa nibs; and White Chocolate Bread Pudding with rum caramel, blackberries and vanilla ice cream.
Wine director Joe Ziomek offers more than 200 diverse bottles of wine, representing every major wine region of the world. With 25 available by the glass, all bottles are carefully chosen to pair with specific dishes. A full range of spirits, a creative cocktail selection and a collection of micro-brew beers from across the globe are also available.
