Betsy Nathan, a former resident of Bejiing, opened the showroom in 1997. Chinese art and furniture offered Betsy a way to learn about Chinese, history, language, and trade, and inspired her to open a home dcor that represented Chinese design.
Pagoda Red features 19th Chinese furniture and decorative arts for both the home and garden. The furniture and art found at Pagoda Red derive from a wide variety of emerging artists and other Asian inspired contemporary artists.
