Zumba® Instructor Kendra Neff Will Lead Guests in Mini-Lessons

Zumba® is the latest fitness craze sweeping the nation, and it’s catching on like wildfire thanks to a high-energy fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves that add up to an exhilarating, efficient workout.

Zumba® instructor Kendra Neff will be on hand during the soiree, leading guests through demonstrations of the fun and beneficial routines, which combine fast and slow beats and resistance training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
"Working out is finally fun!" says Neff. "Whether you're an experienced dancer or tying Zumba® for the first time, this program is designed for dancers and newbies alike."
Each class consists of a variety of styles and rhythms taken primarily from Latin cultures.

StyleChicago.com’s South Beach Style: Girls Night Out will be held from 6-9 p.m. at Nacional 27. The event will also feature creative cocktails, wine, passed appetizers, salsa dance lessons, fashions, accessories and mini spa and beauty services.
