Introducing Domaine de Canton
Originally created on the French Indochine ginger root estate of Domaine de Canton, this aromatic elixir first became popular among the colonial French aristocracy. A hand-crafted infusion of superior VSOP Cognac and baby ginger, Domaine de Canton can be enjoyed on the rocks, straight up, mixed in cocktails or garnished with spices. It will embrace your every sense and you will discover a rare union of tropical romance and continental sophistication.

"I have spent literally years of research, crafting formulas and finding the best ginger sources," said John Cooper, founder of Domaine de Canton. "It is an honor that Domaine de Canton has been acknowledged in this way by the industry; a lot of passion has gone into this, we didn't set out to just make a good ginger liqueur, but to make the definitive ginger liqueur."
While ginger has long been used as an ingredient in cooking, it was seldom found on cocktail menus. Domaine de Canton is moving ginger in to the cocktail and culinary spotlight. Together, the carefully blended ingredients of Domaine de Canton, create an intense and complex taste that is delicious as it is sublime.
